Membership in Sister City is open to anyone who enjoys meeting new people and making friends both locally and within the international community. Our members have the opportunity to participate in exchanges with our sister cities, Rueil-Malmaison, France and Glauchau, Germany, as well as to develop new relationships with other cities. Past exchanges have involved arts & culture, culinary, sports, education, business, and more.

In almost every newsletter, there is some story that typifies the experience one can have as a member of Sister City, whether it be visiting one of our sister cities, hosting visitors from our sister cities in your home, providing your high school student with the opportunity to participate in an educational exchange with one of our sister cities, and more.

This spring, we enjoyed hosting visitors from our new sister city in Germany (see photo at top of this column), and there were many new friendships formed during this visit. Two of our visitors, Thomas Schreiter and Andreas Weber wrote articles for their local papers about the visit and the relationship between our two cities.
